4. Does the opportunity, in the context of Schulze Global’s other investments, help create a diversified and robust investment portfolio?

In addition to the provision of capital, Schulze Global seeks to provide significant additional non-financial assistance to its portfolio companies. Schulze Global works hand-in-hand with management teams, providing operational and managerial support to ensure long-term success. Schulze Global believes it is critical to maintain active engagement in all areas of business development and operations, implementing strategic, operational and financial initiatives in cooperation with portfolio companies.

Schulze Global also seeks to actively participate on boards and/or executive committees of portfolio companies, not only for the purpose of monitoring investments, but also in order to contribute directly to the companies’ success though the provision of expertise whenever and however feasible.
